Jesse and Robert came out to replace an entry hall light. With vaulted ceilings the job needed a ladder tall enough to reach the installation point. The setup of the ladder was laborious in itself. They were aware of the space needed for the ladder and moved the furniture in the area to ensure nothing was damaged. They put down some protection on the floor to ensure the wood floors did not get scratched. After the job was completed they were careful with removing the ladder and moved the furniture back. They did a great job with the installation! I would recommend them for your electrical needs.

I am very glad I went with this company. I have to go out of town in a couple days and my power stopped working in a couple rooms upstairs despite nothing showing on the breaker box. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and very quickly diagnose the problem and fix the issue. They were very respectful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Deaton Electric going forward!

Jan 2026 ice storm took our power pole off the house :( called a few companies for estimates. Their price was unbelievably affordable compared to anyone else!! Which was a blessing for not being able to work all week due to the storm. They were able to come out the next morning. Took care of everything in about 1.5 hrs even having to go get another part from town. They made sure it was safer than before with extra security spots on the pole and even fix our ground wire which wasnt correct to begin with. Will be using them again for any future electricity needs! THANK YOU Deaton Electric!!!

He did an awesome job diagnosing an issue we have had with a malfunctioning ceiling fan and light for quite some time. He figured out the wiring issue that someone else had done incorrectly and corrected it and even fixed a phantom light switch that we had no idea what light it was supposed to work. Excellent job!

Jesse and Robert came to install an outdoor ceiling fan for me that I had attempted to do myself (and failed). Jesse let me know what time they would be there, called in advance to discuss the job, and realizing he would need a taller ladder let me know they would be later than the original time - which was fine. He and Robert did a tremendous job getting the fan installed (including an unplanned trip to Lowes and then Home Depot for a down rod) and stayed until almost 10PM to get the job done. Some might say that was too late to stay but for me, it showed a tremendous commitment to get the job done and make sure I was happy with the work. Jesse will be my first call next time! Highly recommend.
