Debnar's Pools, Spas, Lawn & Garden

I’m currently in the market for a lawn mower and decided to stop by Debnar’s to see what they had available. I had the pleasure of meeting Lloyd, the owner, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to help me measure several mowers to make sure they’d fit in my equipment garage, which I really appreciated. Debnar’s is a long standing, locally owned family business, and it shows in the level of personal service they provide. I’d definitely recommend checking them out if you’re shopping for outdoor equipment. One fun detail, if you’re wondering why their name is upside down on the website, business cards, and even their billboard, it’s by design. When I asked Lloyd about it, he smiled and said, “To make you ask.” It definitely grabs your attention!

Debnars does fantastic quality work with pool services and installations. And the equipment side is the place to go in town for services and purchases of equipment. They sell high quality brands like gravely power equipment and Stihl equipment and accessories. Will always go do business with these guys. Great family owned company.

If I would be able to give negative stars I would give a million. Talked to the owner about my hot tub that Kris has been working on since February. Every time I call it is the same story. Waiting on parts. Never ordered what they said they were going to order. Today he asked me what type of spa I had and then very rudely told me to call them for help and then hung up. Is it too hard to communicate? He was supposed to order a transformer the last we talked and never did. I have been dealing with them for 5 years for chemicals and as of today I will never step foot in their store again. Just terrible service and the owner Lloyd wasn't understanding what Kris said he was supposed to do. Just order a part and communicate is all I was looking for. Hope your business goes under for being stupid

Excellent service! Very knowledgeable staff willing to help without pressure to buy Update: Almost a year later and I love my spa! Andrea has been so kind and patient answering all my questions . I was so impressed with the service I returned to buy a tractor from Doug. He was fantastic to work with also.

We have been working with Lloyd and his crew on our Fiberglass install and honestly they are second to none. The whole process has been enjoyable. Highly recommend!!
