Debonair has been a God send. I have a 6 year old unit in a rental property that stopped working properly. Called out a different company who came out 3 times and still couldn’t get the unit to work properly. I finally reached out to Debonair and the came out quickly and on time. They were there when they said they’d be. Can’t tell you how much I value that. They quickly identified the problem and ordered the correct parts for my unit which was still under warranty and no one else had bothered to tell us. Brett and his team were so communicative throughout the process and made sure everything was fixed properly. In today’s day it is hard to find honest, trustworthy people who are experts in their craft and that’s what Brett and his team at Debonair are! Will never use anyone else again!

Today, while driving on Ives Dairy road, I saw one of this company’s workers driving their company vehicle while texting and swerving all over the road. Not only is this extremely dangerous, but it also shows a total lack of professionalism and responsibility. If this is how they allow their employees to represent their business in public, I can only imagine what kind of service they provide. I would never trust or do business with a company that demonstrates such reckless behavior.

A unit that I had purchased 8 years ago was not working and I called DebonAir. -first thing this morning, they sent out 2 great technicians (Justin and Sebastian) who diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Both were polite and communicated constantly on the status of the job. I highly recommend DebonAir for any air conditioning service or purchase needs, for both their excellent professionalism and expertise!
