I’ve hired DEC twice in the past three months for essential repairs and remodeling, and both experiences were positive. The quality of work, ease of doing business, and attention to detail are truly important to us and they met these criteria. While there’s always a concern about price and quality with contractors, DEC exceeded my expectations. The pricing is fair, and they prioritize getting the job done right rather than cutting corners. David and his team are respectful, flexible, and transparent throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Had these guys come out about 4 months ago to fix a leaking window and they were so thorough they discovered a bigger issue with the previous, old siding . They re-watered-proofed all my windows and re-did my siding . Saved me from more damage down the road and gave me a reasonable price for all work completed. Quality of work was exceptional. Main office stayed in contact and contractors were respectful. Highly recommend

My husband and I had a great experience with David and his crew, we got a roof replacement with replacement plywood due to water damage aswell as chimney and masonry repair. David was very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly. He answered all our questions and any time we would contact him. His plan was very organized and estimations very detailed. Will hire him for other masonry projects in the future that we have planned

David and team were great! David was very communicative and responsive to all my questions and concerns, his team was thorough and efficient with building our new front portico, deck porch and replacing our front door. We are extremely happy with the project and would recommend DEC!

Jack and his crew are have helped us from the planning stages of our building project in 2018, to the building of our facility in 2020, and they continue to help us maintain our building facility. They are professional, Jack keeps his word, and the quality of the work is outstanding. They did our siding, roofing, doors, windows, and figured out the very best way to construct the detailed carpentry work for our unique exterior. Highly Recommend! 5 stars is not enough.
