Called about door repairs on a commercial property. I didn't have all the information. The woman I spoke to wasn't very friendly or helpful; she didn't offer to troubleshoot or educate me. I went to Downs instead, and they were much more accommodating and professional.

I called 3 locksmiths in or near Decatur and asked for prices to replace an ignition key and two door only keys for my Jeep. This company was the most expensive at $85 compared to $65 and $75. I have an antique automobile that is missing the keys to the glove box and the spare tire lock.
