Quite straightforward prices and payment. Mon-Fri was $4 per hour and maxed out at $12 for all day, calculated on exit, so you don't have to worry about refilling, and Sat/Sun was a flat $12. Convenient if entering Decatur from the North, because you can enter and exit the deck via both Church St and Clairemont Ave.

Didn’t think I’d ever be writing a review for a parking deck, but here I am. Myself and a bunch of other people entered the parking deck without getting a ticket. And so we were stuck inside. When I pressed the call button for help on a Saturday night, I was not expecting a speedy response. In fact, I had begun making plans to leave my car in the deck and walk home. In five minutes, Officer Adams had come and resolved the issue for all of us. Fantastic guy, give him a raise!

This place is sketchy and the stairwell reeks of pee and weed. Also the cost for parking is high 8 dollars for an hour is insane to be parking in a run down dimly lit garage.

Avoid at all costs. Rude customer service and disgusting conditions. Gate at the entrance was broken and left open, proceeded to enter charge via the Tesla chargers. Was there for 15 min and when exiting was charged the “lost ticket” price due to their broken equipment. Called the customer service via the speaker and they was met with the rudest person. She gave me no option other than to pay and contact customer service. When asked what the contact information was for customer service she stated, “you can google it.” I have reported to Tesla and will also contact whoever I find on “google”

Sign at the entrance says 30 minute free parking for charging Teslas. Be aware that if you go even literally ONE SECOND past 30 minutes, you’ll be charged $12 on the way out when you scan your ticket. Happened to me over the weekend, and I showed the attendant at the booth my ticket which had a 7:01pm entry time and I was at the exit gate at 7:31pm. Instead of understanding or lifting the gate free of charge, the attendant’s response was, “You’re the fourth person that’s happened to today. You gotta do what you gotta do.” Absolutely absurd.
