Quality of work excellent but I’ve called 6 time for them to put the breaker panel box back on and have been promised each time it would be done that day

My 17 year old hot tub went completely dead back in January so I called spa’s etc who recommended this electrician to me to confirm I had power at the hot tub. Within an hour he sent a technician out who took pictures and said it was wired incorrectly but would check with Don. I also paid a service fee for this visit. Four weeks later I had not heard from him and tried to reach him via phone and he never answered and his mailbox was full. I had to call Spa etc to get him to call me back which he did within 5 minutes. He said he would send a technician out to get me a price to rewire about 30 feet under my patio. In the meantime time I had a hot tub repair man come out and he solved the problem instantly by diagnosing a bad control panel. I still have not heard back from Don but my hot tub

After a no show by a different electric company, I called Don and requested a same day appointment. He was very helpful and professional. He put me down for around lunch. Luckily they had a cancellation and were able to come the same morning. The electrician was on time for the scheduled appointment and was given proper instructions by Don regarding my issue. He had my breaker box replaced in no time. Don and his team went above and beyond with their service. I will use them again in the future.

We hired Deciccio Electric back in February to repair our meter can, which required coordinating with Florida Power & Light (FPL) to turn our power off and back on. The work was completed smoothly, and everything was up and running without any issues. Eight months later, however, we received a letter from FPL, informing us that they planned to cut our power unless we provided an inspection report confirming the repairs. Although FPL claimed to have sent several letters, we had only received one that didn’t emphasize the urgency. We immediately reached out to Don at DiCiccio Electric, and he went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Don promptly contacted FPL to prevent any disruption in our power, arranged to have the necessary permit pulled, and scheduled an inspection just a few days

Hired this company to set up electric for my new hot tub. Owner Don came initially for the estimate. John came to the work within a week. Arrived on time, extremely professional, efficient and even cleans up 100% afterwards. Excellent company. Highly recommend these guys!
