From design to clean-up, Jordan and his crew were wonderful to work with! They use the best quality materials and pay meticulous attention to detail. Jordan is very responsive, in fact when I first emailed him he called me back right away and it was a Sunday! As work progressed Zak and Skyler were great about explaining the construction process and offering ideas and options at various points. We love our new decks !

One of the worst experiences in my life. Paid 70k for one large and one small ipe deck. Had to endure months of zero work getting done, unprofessional conduct by employees, and absolutely terrible workmanship. This is after seeing other jobs by them in person that looked great. Apparently they have two employees, Zak and one of the owners, that do excellent work, but we didn’t get them on our job. The ipe is scratched up, has extra holes where they misplaced the railing, and large stains that are permanent. Misaligned boards, screws sunken too deep with splinters sticking out for your feet to pick up. Everywhere that they made mistakes and tried to fix them just made things worse. This is the best contractor experience we have had, hands down! Our deck out back was falling apart and also didn't fit well in our backyard. We also hired the Deck Brothers to put railings and a gate on our front porch. Jordan and Darren met with us multiple times to discuss vision, plans, and materials to make sure that they built the deck and front porch we want. Now that we finally have the infrastructure we need, we can't wait to get to landscaping! (I've added two before pics so you can see how much nicer everything is now.) Extremely satisfied with the work Jordan and his crew at Deck Brothers did fixing our deck after a tree fell on it. They were very knowledgeable and even worked with our insurance to make sure everything was covered. The color matching was spot on and the craftsmanship was top notch.
