Deck Guardian

We had a wonderful experience with Deck Guardian from start to finish. They helped us with implementing our design ideas, provided us with the professional drawings and obtained county approval and permit swiftly. Once permit was approved by the town, they started the deck right away and completed it in about less than 2 weeks. The deck was expertly built. We love the look, the quality of the Deckorators material and the job. They were very responsive to all our questions and concerns throughout the whole process. They were very efficient and highly professional. We also love the fact that they were not pushy when it comes to sells. Deck Guardian installed our deck a couple months ago and we love it! Working with the team was easy and quick. Jon was very responsive and answered all my questions. Raul came to the house and went over the process, did the measurements and showed us all the samples to choose from. He was great as well! Ion kept us posted throughout the process with updates and status. They addressed all our concerns throughout the project as well. A great experience from start to finish! Pricing was competitive. The planning process was easy and Josh (salesman) helped design the perfect solution. Any changes were quickly reflected in an updated proposal. They took care of everything but the actual submission to the HOA; they prepared all the documents and were quickly responsive when any additional info was needed. They took care of all the building permits. The demolition and installation was amazingly fast, my two-level (two-story) decks were gone and replaced within 8 days, including preliminary inspection. The crew was friendly and cleaned up everything afterwards. My decks are gorgeous! I wish all my home projects were this easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this company.

The whole team was great. Communicated throughout via text, email, and phone. The initial consult was straightforward and clear; Larry did a great job.
