Deck Solutions built a beautiful deck with 2 landings, 3 sets of steps and a balcony on a complicated site at my home. They clearly had a solid plan and handled unexpected challenges in the project perfectly. I highly recommend.

When we decided that our deck needed attention, I called Deck Solutions, LLC for quotes to repair or replace. Weylin provided a lot of input during our initial conversation and scheduled a site visit for the following day. He showed up when he said he would and took time to explain the current condition of our deck and what steps could be done to remedy the issues with repair to extend the deck's life instead of replacing it. There were no pressure sales tactics used. I asked for a quote, and received a reasonable one with all the materials and labor clearly outlined. We accepted the quote and were put on their schedule. I have a Huge deck in Smyrna that had been ruined when a Painter put vinyl paint on my Stained deck when I was out of town. For 10 years it Plagued me with peeling, mold & rotting no matter how many times I had it repainted. I hired Andy & Waylon at Deck Solutions to see if they could save it along with my upper deck and 2 porches, they even threw in my Amish Picnic Table. They did a Fantastic job and I couldn't be happier to have my outdoor spaces back! The price was reasonable & fair & the guys were a Pleasure to work with. We had Fun. My dog Loved them too!

After working with Andy and Weylin, I can understand all the five star reviews. My 10-year-old deck had been ‘over engineered incorrectly’ and had rotted to a point that it could have failed at any point. Andy worked with me on how to temporarily address the issue, met with the insurance company (Insurance was no help), and was willing to take on the project. The damage was worse than we anticipated and the more that was uncovered, the worse it seemed to get. Andy and Weylin seemed to simply adjust their plans and move forward. I could not have been more pleased with the results, and I am confident that it is FIXED! I have another deck that will need to be addressed, and I will not have any hesitation in calling them again.

Andy and Weylin did a fantastic job on our deck project. They worked in the snow, rain, and mud. They were easy to talk with as the project progressed. We discovered more extensive rot than expected due to the original builder not using flashing. The guys knew exactly what was required to fix it Pricing was extremely fair. Overall an A+ experience
