We purchased all our appliances here for a full renovation. Communication was not great at the start but it was a busy summer of renovations so I figured it was a fluke. Within 2 years the washer needed service and multiple times our scheduled appointment was missed in their system and we went three weeks before switching to another service. Communication has been struggle and the install was not seamless and now we have had a major issue with the appliance within warranty and no help from them. Do not recommend.

Horrible Experience and do not even waste your time unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and ripped off. I recently had a water heater install completed and to start with, It was NOT the correct model I ordered and a cheaper model was installed and I was over charged almost $300 on the water heater alone. I was quoted 3 hours labor and the job only took 1 hour and 15 minutes in total from arrival to departure. I had also shut off and drained pipes myself and since when after a job is completed do they use your 11 year old parts on a new system and now it is the Customer's job to be required to purge the air from the system and told you should have hot water in a half hour or so?? Please do not think A local company is the way to go because apparently a mans word is no longer valued an

A friend of mine upgraded their fridge through Decker & Beebe, and I got their hand-me-down. I can't speak to the appliances, but their service was wonderful. The two men who delivered it and took out my old fridge were friendly with me and spoke kindly to each other, and dealt with extra stairs and doors with patience. Thank you!

I bought all of my appliances from the about four years ago. Paid top dollar because I was told the service was superb. My clothes washer is acting up and they haven’t even returned my call. Would have a hard time recommending them.

Do not use. Had a leak in elderly parents toilet. Came out to look at it and measure for new toilet. Installed toilet that was lower than height of existing toilet and would not replace it with a new one. Offer was will charge you for labor and new toilet at cost. Be use of this only option from them is to pay for toilet and labor twice.
