I've had AC system issues at 2 different residences. I've had Brett Mattison come out for both. He and his team did an outstanding job. Brett diagnosed the issue after a thorough inspection. He didn't try to upsale me on anything. I'm very pleased with the service provided. If I have more issues I know whom I'm calling.

Jeremy came by to look at our AC unit today and was able to service it quickly and honestly. He was honest about the estimated life left in it and educated us on what to look for in the future. We really appreciate a business looking to service an older unit well, and honestly, not just looking to sell a new unit.

My 25 yr old A/C unit died so I called Brett and in one day he and his crew installed a new furnace and A/C unit.The crew did a great job at a fair price.

It has been a month since I first contacted Brett at Decker Mattison for a heating and air quote for a 30x60 new building. I both emailed and priority mailed the plans within a day of Brett requesting this. I am also working with a general contractor that he has worked with on several projects. I still have yet to receive a quote. I realize that the summer months are very busy and have tried to give ample amount of time, but also feel like a 30x60 building (open ceiling) should not be hard for a company that does this for a living. If they do not want my business I wish they would kindly tell me that.

Excellent service today!!!!! Tech made it out within 1 hour of calling. Great assessment and found the issue very quickly and got it resolved. They did not milk the clock at all. Excellent service and friendliness. I will use them again in the future.
