Our 25 year old wooden deck was rotting out and needed to be replaced. We met Wagner at the Longmont Home Show and started the process to install a new TimberTech deck that should last over twice as long as the original deck. Frank and his crew were very professional, experienced, and great to work. We had another project at the same time to put in a flagstone patio under the deck, and Frank worked with the landscaper to coordinate the needs of both projects. The end result is a beautiful new deck and patio that will provide years of enjoyment. Thank you Wagner, Frank, and everyone else from Caio!

The team as Decks by Caio is phenomenal. They treated me like a VIP, and the project came out exactly as I'd hoped. I had a 16' x 20' stamped concrete patio poured and a little 11' x 11' pea gravel play area set up for my kids. The team was fast--they finished the project in about 3 days-- and even terminated and moved sprinkler lines. They used the highest quality materials to where I had no problem installing a massive outdoor kitchen--they even came back to help anchor the kitchen frame to the concrete. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Our experience with Decks by Caio was fantastic. We had a lower level deck replaced with a concrete patio and our second floor deck replaced and we are so happy with how it turned out. The communication with Wagner was great from the beginning and put us at ease with the project. Jose and his crew did an amazing job with the concrete patio.
