Decks R Us did a wonderful job with our deck replacement project! They were very communicative throughout the process and answered all my questions. The project, removing and replacing the deck, only took them 2 days to complete. And they even hand delivered a holiday gift basket as a thank you 2 months later. Highly recommend! I can't say enough good things about this company. From start to finish they were responsive to emails, kept us informed as we went through the process, and send an amazing team to do the install. Elmer and his crew showed up around 7:30, got started and they had the demolition, installation, and cleanup completed by 2:45. The new deck is sturdy and much better looking than the eyesore that was there. They even tolerated my frequent visits to take pictures as the installation progressed. In summation, I would not hesitate to recommend Decks R Us to anyone. Might not have been the least expensive option, but I feel that the price we paid was worth it for quality materials and workmanship.

WOW!!! We love our deck! It's been just over a year since they installed it and it looks just as great as the first day. No shifting,etc. Their attention to detail shines in all their mitered cuts. Our lighting is just the right level of brightness. They were professional, neat and quick. Every part of our deck was customizable. We love our drink rail. I highly recommend Decks R Us. .

Decks R Us is the best. If you’re looking to have a new deck built, then don’t even waste your time searching anywhere else. Think about it - these folks just build decks. They don’t mess around with anything else because they’ve dedicated their efforts into becoming experts in this field. The professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship from the entire team was stellar. Thanks to some recommendations from Gideon, this is the best thing that we’ve done to improve our home.
