I wouldn't even give a whole star because they scam consumers. Our wood floor was put in without the adhesive in certain spots and now they don't want to honor the parts that were not at all properly installed the media will be made aware of the situation buyer beware as well. Also specifically Dominique lied about the process and when asked to to speak to the owner as the upper management of Lennar did they gave us a service manager not the owner just to pass the buck. We will see them in court!

If we could rate Décor Corporation – 10, we would. We purchased a condo in Mt Pleasant SC. The builder DR Horton subcontracted Décor Flooring to do the flooring. As we were trying to sell property out of state we were not able to fully occupy the home for 9 months after our purchase. Within months after moving in the carpeting buckled up in the three bedrooms. This was the result of poor installation. The carpeting was not tacked down. This was clearly an installation problem. The irony is that we paid an additional premium fee to have this disservice. Pictures are available upon request. After 6 months of trying to get this rectified we were rudely treated.
