This company is listed as one of the official NanaWall window installers. I noticed after our window install that the gaskets were broken and hinges were missing pieces. Not sure if this was an issue with the product, itself, or perhaps, how it was installed. The installer himself was extremely unprofessional and seemed mentally unstable to be perfectly blunt. At the initial install, he was going off on a tangent about, not only NanaWall, but his employer, Peter, owner of Decor Door & Window, and various other personal matters while in my home. At the time, he was pleasant towards me so I was just cautious with his behavior. This second time that he left my home (this is now about 4+ months later from original appointment, to fix the gaskets and do final adjustments) he was extremely conde
