The owners of Decorum Designer Cabinetry and Flooring, John and Marie Stubbs, until recently also owned and operated Great Buy Cabinets (GBC). I’m attaching screenshots of the Better Business Bureau profiles of both Decorum and GBC, showing that both are owned by the Stubbs family and both list the same business address. I believe GBC was meant to focus on online wholesale cabinets, while Decorum’s website appears to offer more of a full service experience. GBC is now permanently closed, according to their Google listing, but since Decorum appears to still be in business I think it’s appropriate for me to post my review here so customers can make an informed decision before doing business with this company. They came out and saw the job. I went to their store and spent over an hour picking out materials and was waiting for a quote. I called a few times and was told Chris had a death in the family. I understand this and wait another month. I called and was assured the owner would contact me. No contact, no calls.

First of all, Michael you are amazing. I was intimidated to go in the first place thinking the prices were out of my league. The quotes I received from several other companies on the island were way over what we wanted to spend. I am getting my kitchen completely redone, another exit to go out to the back of the house and new lighting in the living room all for a better price and even nicer quality. So much to choose from. Do not go to Home Depot or Lowes. This is the place to go. Michael listened to me and my concerns. I am so glad I did decide to visit Decorum. Thank you again Michael for making it a comfortable and easy process

Left feeling like the sales professional had pre ideas as to who I was and what I could afford. I didn’t feel heard or validated. I analyze body language for a living, they were not interested in working with me from the beginning. Dry greetings. And she asked me if I wanted scraps. (For a cabinet). Rude. As she didn’t even listen or offer me their services first before offering “scraps”.
