This place is awesome. So many options for personality reflecting house keys (kw1) and I work for an organization which uses this company for crash bars and double keying locks so we can issue a key and also have a functioning master key. Very knowledgeable staff. Variety of options for any safe or lock you may need.

I can't say enough great things. I have doors in my house that use skeleton keys and honestly I didn't know or even think about being able to get copies of them made. Nick was the associate whom helped me! He was so helpful and made me the perfect key to work on my locks!

I went to this shop as a beginner locksmith just to duplicate some keys. Before I even said much, the employee asked if I was a locksmith. I said yes, and right away he told me they don’t serve locksmiths. That would have been fine on its own, but then he actually called me a scammer in front of other customers without even knowing me. The owner did come over and apologize, but the employee never did. Honestly, it was a shameful experience and I definitely wouldn’t recommend the place or go back

But in this case, I feel it’s warranted due to the way my time was wasted and the complete lack of explanation I received after being led to believe this company would help me.
