My overall experience with this Company was disappointing, and I want to use this review as a Teachable moment. The technician-or possibly the owner who came out was not in uniform, instead he was dressed as if he was going out or to dinner. He arrived in a personal vehicle with no business company logo or business information displayed. This was not the main issue, but it sets the tone. He also complained about the work site being. muddy, even though it was clearly a construction area. The price was like that of other companies; in fact, three other companies quoted the exact same rate and were available at the same time. When the job was done, I was left with only one key. To his credit, he did make me a second key, but when you rekey an ignition, two keys should be standard. The message

Dee was a LIFESAVER at literally 1am when I was locked out of my condo. She explained the process of getting me back in the house which included potentially drilling through the lock. BUT she also helped me TROUBLESHOOT another option. We came up with charging my garage door opener and she even had the specific charger in her truck! That saved me time, money AND a door lock! She’s truly the best and I will ALWAYS call her first!
