I've been using Deed HVAC, led by Kevin Deeds, for over 5 years now. There's no one I trust more to fix or work on my HVAC. With Kevin, it's not about the money, it's about the service. I've tried to get him to replace parts and he's told me himself he didn't feel comfortable making me spend the money unnecessarily when he knew he could diagnose and fix the issue in a more cost effective manner. My old air conditioning unit was giving us problems every year with leaking issues. I had it replaced and still had issues. I called Deeds Heating and Air. They came out, diagnosed my existing problems, went over the issues and explained clearly what needed to be done. We decided to get rid of the old unit and Deeds replaced it with a new and better quality unit. Then what he said before he left made us feel that we went with the best company ever. He said that we won't be hearing from him for a long time because he stands behind his work and that he doesn't nickel and dime his customers.
