Deegan Brothers Roofing & Siding

The worst. Hired them for a simple repair, they messed it up and had to send a second crew. Worse than that, I was dumb enough to let them upsell me on a roof coating that is peeling and cracking three years later. Research with the manufacturer told me they had applied it completely incorrectly. When I brought it to their attention, their “solution” was to do it again at my cost (they did offer a 10% discount, lol). Do yourself a favor and find someone who stands by their work.

We have used Deegan at two houses now for a few different projects, and they have been wonderful every time. Recently Caesar was over to inspect the gutters due to an overflowing issue. He was very thorough in his explanation and showed us pictures of the issues so we knew exactly what was happening. He was incredibly professional and courteous.

I hired Deegan Brothers Roofing to clean my roof, and while the experience started off well, it has unfortunately been frustrating and disappointing overall. The crew that came out initially was friendly and professional, and the roof appeared clean after they finished. However, since it was late in the day and the roof was still wet, it was hard to fully assess their work at the time. In the weeks that followed, I noticed that the roof was still dirty (see attached photos showing its condition a couple of weeks after the cleaning). I emailed Deegan with photos to show the issue but didn’t receive a response for several days, so I followed up with a phone call. We needed a pre-hung outside door installed. We found out Deegan not only does Roofing and Siding, but they also install windows and doors. Chris, the owner, came out and quoted my wife while I was at work. She said he was very professional and she felt he knew what had to be done. Once the door came in, we made arrangements with him to install it. His men were great at installation of the door. They made it completely level and it does not drift as many unlevel doors do. The door shuts properly and has a very tight seal. Chris Deegan inspectyed the job. His men all knew what they were doing. They cleand up and all debris was removed. We are very happy with this installation which was done in a very timely manner. Rich Winters
