Deep Clean City Best Carpet Cleaning Company

I hired this company to clean the carpet in my bedroom and also paid extra for their recommended pet treatment. Unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. After the cleaning, I still found pet hair along the edges of the room and visible pet stains that were supposed to be treated. When I called the owner to address this, I was told I would need to hire someone else to handle the edging because they “don’t have the specialized tool”, even though I was only referring to the surface of the carpet where pet hair was still visible. When I asked why a professional carpet cleaning company wouldn’t even have a vacuum cleaner, I was told they could send the technician back, but it “wouldn’t do much” since they don’t have the right equipment. Hire these guys. I am PICKY and they exceeded my expectations. They had a good price and my carpets look new and smell amazing. The gentleman who completed the work today was great. I will be having them back to do the remaining 2 rooms I didn’t have done.
