Can’t say anything bad about these people! My delivery is always the next day or day after that. The oil trucks look amazing as well . Gotta love a clean truck at the house. Highly recommend to anyone looking for oil!

These guys are amazing! I've Had a house with oil for about 8 years and for many years I went through either Ciardelli or Hafners which were fine, but then I came across deep discount oil and their prices were always the best and anytime oil was ordered it was very prompt. Customer service is absolutely amazing I can't strive that enough, anytime I need help they are more than helpful and awesome to communicate with. I would highly recommend them over all the other companies hands down.

Customer service is terrible. I called to ask why I received a full tank when I ordered 100 gallons. The women that answered the phone was very abrupt that I asked. She told me that I clicked the fill button. And people do it all the time. She was very rude. She said people need to read better. I mentioned that maybe you need to fix the website. She said no

I don't know who up in the chain is the scammer, but TWICE this company has screwed up and charged us more than they should have. The first time, they charged us an extra $100 than we initially agreed upon (booked online). The second time, I paid for 100 gallons of oil and when they showed up, they filled our entire tank and charged us $700 more than we have. I had to use my credit card to pay because we don't have a lot of extra money already as it is. Hence why I did not click the fill tank option. When we called to correct this, the first person to answer the phone confirmed that we booked them to fill 100 gallons of oil. When we told her they filled the entire tank and tried charging us $700 more than we have, she transferred me to the office manager. Idk if this lady was having the wo
