I’ve used Deep South Appliance Service twice now, and they’ve been great both times. I was originally scheduled for Thursday, but I asked if there was any way they could come earlier on Monday — and they made it happen! They repaired my Samsung refrigerator, which had stopped dispensing ice and water. Everything is working perfectly now, and my spoiled kids can finally have their ice again 😂. Fast, reliable, and accommodating service. Thank you Bob, Deep South Appliance!

Bob came out and not only fixed the problem with ease but made sure to ensure I was happy. Price was reasonable and he gave a veteran discount, made me feel great knowing he could also do that. Will keep him forever in mind when needing repairs! He repaired our ice maker!!!

They were super helpful when our heating went out on our dryer, works great now! Also gave us good honest advice for our washer and its issues. Highly recommend!

LG customer service gave me a list of 6 local companies that were LG certified for repairs. I called all 6. Deep South and one other company were the only ones who responded. I scheduled with the other company initially because they actually answered their phone. They scheduled me, charged my credit card immediately, then texted me an hour later to say they couldn’t do the service because their tech had the flu. Deep South responded first thing the following day, and got me scheduled. Keith showed up right on time (even a little early, which was great). Got the problem figured out (LG design flaw), corrected it quickly, and showed me how to manage it in the future. He was very pleasant and professional the entire time.
