I had an unpleasant experience with this company while they were working on the house next door to one of our customers. Their technician made unprofessional and degrading comments about our work directly to the homeowner, despite having no involvement with the installation or service we performed. Regardless of competition, there’s no excuse for trying to undermine another company by speaking poorly to a customer instead of focusing on your own job. This kind of behavior reflects badly on the company and shows a lack of professionalism and respect within the trade. Homeowners deserve honest service — not sales tactics built on tearing others down.
