This company is the service is far none the best I have dealt with. The technician Justin deserves a raise. He installed and repair my forced air furnace and checked on it a couple days after to just and make sure it was running great. I am selling this house and live in another state. The time they spent ensuring things were done right gave me a peace of mind. Hands down I would and will recommend them to anyone that needs furnace work. They are fast and clean and get the job done. Five stars is not good enough. Again thank you so much. Darrel was great with communication and making sure everything was taken care of.

D/E/F recently installed mini-splits in our home. 2 outside units mounted to the house and 7 heads inside the house. I really appreciate how hard Justin worked on getting the units installed even though the weather wasn't very cooperative. Justin was truly professional and worked hard by himself to get the installation completed. Thanks Justin!

I contacted DEF Services to replace my boiler. They responded immediately and gave a detailed estimate quickly. The work was scheduled soon after and I was very impressed with the workmanship. The team arrived on time and worked straight through the day to ensure I'd have working heat and hot water before they left (much appreciated since it was 40F outside). They returned the next day to clean up (great job) and fix a leaky pipe - the leak was due to the very old copper piping in the house. They set up the thermostat for us, as well. They stayed to answer all our questions. They are very responsive - answering my email questions usually within minutes. I am very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend them.

Darrel Young was my point of contact for our boiler replacement. He was always on time, professional, and answered every question I asked no matter how minor. He and his team are great to work with. They help with every step of our loan process through Capitol for Change. Darrel is fantastic to work with and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything goes smoothly and that all questions/concerns are answered. The install team was on time. They cleaned everything up and with the exception of having a new boiler you would not know they had been in my house. The entire team at DEF are amazing. We look forward to working with them on a few future projects and highly recommend their services.
