Sam & his team have been in the roofing & siding business for over a decade. He replaced the roofs and sidings of all assets in my rental property portfolio in Bloomington Indiana before I sold them off. The entire renovation project was on time and under budget. Sam and work crew did extensive work on my home needing a new roof and other improvements. They handled all the insurance paperwork from start to finish, and worked very efficiently. And following the roof project, Sam designed and remodeled the interior - kitchen, bathroom and flooring. I was delighted with the results, and was able to sell the house at a great profit - looked like new!

Sam replaced old aluminum siding with new vinyl siding for our home. They included soffit trim. House looks great ! Thank defense exteriors
