Maggie and George (Technician) have treated us so well dealing with warranty issues on a condo unit we purchased. The previous owner of the condo purchased a new heat pump heating and cooling system and install from DeGraffenreid. Maggie did not make things complicated for us in the whatsoever! Sold our manufactured home in Macks Creek & needed a box designed & placed on the return air contraption that Three Stone Homes should've provided but didn't. Needed a quick turn around as we were going thru the inspection process, etc. These guys were on it - came out, took a quick measurement, made this amazing, very aesthetic box top w/ top filter & installed it.
