Contacted DeHaan on July 14 to replace a water heater that had started leaking. Spoke with Abe and we discussed options and lead time. He was able to get the parts to install so he scheduled for the next morning between 8-9. They arrived at 8:45 and completed the job with no issues. Everything looked great and appears to be working as expected. Based on the work performed, they obviously knew what they were doing and would recommend DeHaan if you’re in need of a water heater. It’s nice to see a business do what they say they are going to do and provide quality workmanship! 10 Month update and everything is working as expected. Great results!

Had used DeHaan previously on a different home and decided to give them a try again. I was converting from a 120 gallon electric water heater to a Navien PE-240A2 - 199,000 BTU Indoor / Outdoor Advanced High Efficiency Condensing Tankless Water Heater and control panel. There were 3 workers who arrived exactly when they said they would be there. Were polite and listened to what I was attempting to do as far as aesthetics. They began right away. There were a few areas that I asked for them to correct as I am a stickler for detail and they did not hesitate to fix it the way I wanted it so long as it met code. AC not working during super hot days in early august. Called DeHaan, whom we have used for decades for our heating and cooling needs. They used to be great but things have gone downhill. Guy came and found no Freon. Topped it off for 300$. A couple of days later it wasn’t working again. He came back and said it couldnt possibly be not working again bc he had put in the Freon in. Was rude. He finally went into the crawl space to investigate further only to, shocker, find a leak. Needed to order part that was on warranty. Said it would be Monday. No call, so we inquired and the part would not be there until the end of the week. The guy said he wouldn’t charge us for the freon he had put it on his first visit. Wow how nice.
