Del-Air Heating & Air Conditioning

Let me start this review is solely based on the install of my unit. The salesman Kyle was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. However the install team was a different story. Started at 930 in the morning. Left around 1230/1 and the unit was blowing cold air instead of heat. Called and had another tech dispatched who stated the install team did not wire it correct so another installer would be out to fix it. Later on another guy arrived and was able to get it going but had to miss and entire day of work due to the incompetence of the first install team. They also did not clean up after they finished the install. For the amount of $ that was spend on a new unit you would expect that it worked right away.

I have to give a huge thank you to our AC technician Wayne. His professionalism, knowledge, and reliability are the reason I continue to use this company. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working perfectly and always takes the time to explain things clearly. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their work and their customers the way he does. I specifically request him every time and honestly stay with the company because of the outstanding service he provides.

Our technician, Kasey, did an OUTSTANDING job servicing our air conditioner!!! He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional, and provided great recommendations to us. Keep up the good work and I will definitely request Kasey’s services for my next service appointment…

We have had excellent experiences with Del-air over the past year or so - especially impressed with customer service communication. The technician we dealt with most recently was Darrin, and he was FANTASTIC. He was very thorough, very professional, and explained everything in terms I could understand. I will request him specifically if he is available in the future

The worst! Try reaching someone...anyone in this company. I can only imagine if one had a heating or air conditioning emergency. I had them out recently for an estimate on my current unit. I called to ask a question on that estimate and was on hol 2 different times for 10-12 minutes. that was never the case with McGowan whom they bought out. An update to my review. Not only did Del-Air respond their GM Matt called me to ask how he could assist with my issues. He was extremely helpful in clarifying and offering to assist with my concerns. I respect and appreciate his explanation for my experiences and now have the answers which I was seeking when I reached out. Thank you Matt!
