Update: I received a text stating that someone would be coming out to address my HVAC, but only the plumber arrived (I’ve added another screenshot for reference). The plumber mentioned that he put in a call and that someone would contact me and come out today. However, when I called to follow up, I was told that no one is currently scheduled to service my HVAC today. This has now happened four times where an appointment was scheduled but no one followed through. This ongoing lack of coordination has been extremely frustrating and reflects poor customer service. Additionally, the email address that was shared is not sufficient for resolving this issue. I need a direct phone number to speak with someone who can properly address and coordinate this matter. We just had a brand new air conditioning system installed by De Air and we had an awesome experience dealing with this company and would have no hesitation in recommending them. We recently turned on our AC and noticed a terrible odor. We called Del-Air to come out and they took great care of us. Jose Soto took his time to explain every option available to us and made us very comfortable. We ended up having additional work done to our unit that included installing a UV kit. Michael Murphy joined Jose for the install and cut the time in half. We greatly appreciated both of them for staying so late and doing such great work.

Update 1/23/25: the system failed inspection today, 4 months after install, because Del-Air never replaced the breaker mentioned below with the correct one despite asking them multiple times and being promised it would be done. And it's been publicly shown in this review the whole time. --- You know that old saying, "Fast, Good, or Cheap—Pick Two"? Unfortunately, with Del-Air, we have gotten none of those. We went with them for a full HVAC system replacement knowing we were paying a premium. We thought we would get the work done fast and good, choosing a company with the resources to get things done. Yesterday I had the best experience ever. I called for service on my thermostat and spoke to the best fellow ever. Even though he had an accent he spoke clearly and I was able to understand him well. This is often not true. I had to call him a second time and he went above duty to help me. Then Michael Murphy came to my house. A perfect gentleman, he not only fixed my problem, he helped me set up my tablet to work the thermostat. I want your company to realize what wonderful people you have working for you.
