Our heater kept shutting down randomly for the past few weeks. We have a newborn and she was waking up very cold in the morning. I called yesterday, Feb 01, and was able to lock in an appointment from 2-4 pm. My wife and I waited patiently all day, but no one came. Yes, we kept receiving messages letting us know that the technician was running behind, but then we had our window changed to 4-8pm. They recommended to reschedule. We rescheduled the appointment for 10-12pm today, but kept receiving messages that the technician was running late. I just canceled the appointment. The only positive thing was that I was able to troubleshoot and fix the heater myself. Del-Air installed our AC unit when we bought our house a few years ago, but I’m not sure if we want to do business with them

I have been using DelAir for 3+ years. I’ve had several technicians service my home through this time. Today, I was serviced by a technician named Tavaris. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped to educate me on my HVAC system and the importance to maintain this machine inside and outside. When you live in the state of Florida, you realize this machine is something you need to have working at its peak at all times. Tavaris is a master technician who I feel confident to continue to service my home.

Honestly, I'm giving it one star because I've heard from two other people who've had the same experience. The technician doesn't seem motivated to do the job; he still gets $100 just for the visit. When the job is simple, he inflates the price or says he simply doesn't have the parts for that device. If you want a repair, contact an independent service provider. If you want to spend thousands of dollars, call them.

The young man that came was so nice and explained everything in detail. He was amazing and answered every question I had and explained in detail. I would highly recommend this company for ur needs. A special thanks to JEFF that came to my home. He is outstanding and ur company is lucky to have him. But thank u so much for the quick response time to come and help. It was amazing since I work overnight. He definitely deserves a raise. But again thank you to Del-Air for immediately coming to my home and fixing my problem quickly. The only thing I have a problem with is I know i was overcharged for what they did. A friend of mine who works in the same field told me 4 what he did and the time he did it should have been $175 not $317. That broke me. I have a mom dying and it costs me $1620 a

I wish I can give them 1 million stars! This company I found through Google came out To give me an estimate for free. I needed a Tankless hot water heater hooked up for my grooming shop. The men came out and were so professional, and they gave me a fair price. When I accepted the price they sent out Michael to do the plumbing work, which wasn't easy! He had to search high and low for a the unit that would be the very best for my shop. After coming out the first time to do amazing work, he comes out the second time to do some adjustments at no extra costs. When he walks in the second time, he accidentally leaves the door open and one our doggies run out. But Michael went above and beyond to help us find our little doggie.
