The quality of the material is high; however, the customer service is abysmal. At the time of purchase, I was told we could return any paver overage if we had an entire 11 square foot layer (one layer on the pallet). When I tried to return about 70 square feet of remaining pavers, they refused to accept it. We also had an unopened bag of paver poly, which they wouldn’t accept for return either. Additionally, they were very rude and hung up on me when I reminded them of what we were told at the time of purchase.
