Del Val Pools and Spas

I hired them to open my pool, and overall, they did a terrible job. But this is not why I am taking my time to write this. After their sloppy job, we discovered that they had broken our backwash pipe. I immediately called the office and sent pictures via email. Renee called and left a voicemail acknowledging that yes they broke the pipe with an apology however blamed my system for being “So old and brittle” and advised that to schedule the fix I would need to split the cost and pay $150.00 up front. Obviously, that was not going to happen. After trying to get a hold of Renee the next day I spoke with Bryan, the owner, and her husband. He started with “oh your system is old and brittle” then jumped to “it is an obstruction.” I asked him is my system the only old system you deal with. Do you

I will not use Del Vale Pools again! On 5/21 they installed a liner and when replacing the liner the pool light cover broke, instead of the service team telling what happen, they install the pool light with jagged edges and not flush to the pool wall and left without letting me know the condition... "look at pics" this is how they left my light! After I discover the condition of the light I called them and told them the pool light was broke, the service team came out and look at the light and said the light works it is just not flush to he wall. Looking at the light, even though it works, I do not feel safe to have my son (12 years old), his friends or family members swimming without me turning the circuit breaker off. We used Del Val to build our in ground gunite pool and we had an amazing experience! Professional, pleasant, detail oriented, meticulous staff that worked diligently the entire time. 4 1/2 weeks from start to finish (i had my own electrician and concrete person as was a choice). My pool looks amazing! A shout out to Ken who sold me the pool and Carley who answered every question we had and saw the project through from start to finish! I highly recommend them !!

We ordered an in ground pool from Del Val last summer for 2021. We had nothing but a great experience. We were pleased with the whole process which took about 3 weeks from start of construction to finish. Not once did I have to call or follow up because the team at Del Val is very organized and kept the project moving. We are so impressed with the pool and the workmanship. We got exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Del Val to anyone.

I was very nervous about such a big Project, but the team at Del Val helped me through it every step of the way. They’re great people. Highly Recommend!
