The service I received when pool was purchased is not the service you receive afterwards. Pretty disheartening cause I raved about del val and now I'm questioning their customer service. The people answering the phone are great but the techs working in the field this year, not so much. I only had my pool for 1.5yrs and have to replace the chlorinator already?? You can pay for a new one and a service call which would be $300. That's ridiculous. They left it on the ground and said nothing. Paid to have my pool opened and closed, but my pool is green. Had to pay for additional pool chemicals as well. How and why when you closed it and should've added correct chemicals. No snow and less then mild temps. Last year, not one problem and the techs were awesome. Please explain how this happened

I used to go to this place all the time and put all my trust in the owner until a few months ago he rang me up and it almost came to $500 for stabilizer and calcium so I took my water to another pool food store to get a second opinion and it turns out my pool only need it $40 worth of chemicals and today I went there to get a backwash hose for a 25-ft length hose that was $$41 so I drove 3 minutes down the road and picked up the same exact hose for 10 bucks from the other pool store it's a shame because New pool owners put a lot of trust in the people behind the counter and clearly they take advantage of people not knowing much And trusting them to guide you in the correct way. It's a shame I never write bad reviews or anything like that and I used to recommend this pool store to everyone

Stay away. Absolutely horrible customer service! Don't waste your money here.

Bought the pool in 2015 in the Turnersville location. The managers then were Brian and Sam. They were very nice and helpful and told me that the above ground pool liner was TOP OF THE LINE and the pool itself comes with a 25 year warranty and to do salt water because its cheaper in the long run. So that alone sold itself to me. After a few years I needed to replace the liner. Ok, $1200. Sucked, not their fault, but I questioned the TOP OF THE LINE liner and was told that it was a standard liner. So I started to become suspicious of them and what initially sold me on the pool. The liner was replaced in 2022, however I then started to notice rust spots on the outside bottom of the pool. So I called there asking for Brian or Sam and was told they aren't there anymore. I said ok and asked them

Surprised to see any negative reviews. From the time we decided we wanted a pool til today when the pool was finished they have been nothing but professional, courteous, and punctual. Any date or time that was promised was ALWAYS exceeded above and beyond our expectations. The workmanship was flawless. They delivered our dream pool even faster than they originally promised. Can’t say enough great things about this pool company. Would highly recommend to all.
