Called these folks about 10am to get someone who would be willing to work on our commercial ice maker. A lady answered the phone, she told me it shouldn't be an issue but told me she had to get ahold of her husband who would perform the work. That was fine. Waited all day for a call back and nothing. Called again for the next three days and no one answered the phone. Left messages with them, and nothing. Very unprofessional experience. I've given up with these folks.
