Alvarez Landscaping completed our vision of patio and walk to the driveway. Martin, the owner, completed an estimate and worked through fine details of the project, presenting an estimate, 3d rendition, and all necessary planning documents for HOA. Once started rain slowed the project down, but they kept at it, didn’t change estimated labor cost, provided an additional day for concrete to dry as temperatures dropped very low during the project. The job was completed, but not rushed. Martin guarantees his work for five years and has promised to check my swales when we get heavy rains to address any issues before I bring them to his attention. Martin and his team were wonderful to work with. He correctly identified the cause of the shift of old pavers, making it a fall hazard, and securely fixed the problem. He responded immediately to all phone calls and is very nice to speak with. I intend to hire his company for all my outdoor projects.

I had Martin and his company install a patio and fencing. The project was started in January and they busted their butts to get it completed. There was still things that needed to be finished after 2 weeks but with the weather we agreed to wait until the spring to complete. I paid him all the money anyhow. I should have knew better. The patio is great. The fencing not so much. We have been going back and forth and I’ve worked with him as best as possible. The gate is half assed and doesn’t self close and sags very bad. . He never backfilled the holes for the posts. I finally told him I am done with him and his company.

Excellent job and very professional company. Started and completed the work on time as proposed.
