What in the world? A week ago, I was able to walk in and browse faucets and hardware. I came back with my husband today and was told shopping is by appointment only, and I could make an appointment for Monday or December 2nd. Thanks, but no thanks - I don't need a chaperone to shop.

Voorhees store. My customer spent 4-5k here on bathroom fixtures including a soaker tub, freestanding tub fill valve, 2 sink faucets, shower head diverter with wand. Cathy did not know to include the floor mounting block for the free standing tub spout. Cathy also did not know to include the diverter valve kit for the wand in the shower. I was missing 2 crucial components to install the fixtures she sold my client. The shower was tiled and installed before realizing she never included the diverter valve for the wand. Go elsewhere if you need someone who knows what they are doing. 4k sale and 2 main pieces missing. Once is a mistake 2 is negligence. Maybe its just too much for Cathy.

I had stopped in for a short time and I was very impressed with the showroom and the 2 ladies working there. Lots of stuff to see and very nice setup.

Big fan of this store. We bought our kitchen's Hansgrohe faucet here and when we had a small issue, they immediately made it right.

This place is amazing! The inventory is to die for!!
