Delaware Valley Tile and Grout Specialists

Larry the Master Technician performed delicate surgery along with his team on my 60 some year old bathroom tiles. The team upon starting leaves their shoes outside. There was never a question asked that wasn't answered in full before, during, or after the completed work. When Larry and his team were finished he told me if I ever have a problem to please call and ask for him and he would come right out. For you guys out there that were in the boy scouts if you can remember the boy scout oath that is how I would describe Larry. I wish I would have known about Delaware Valley Tile and Grout Specialists 10 years ago. While in my kitchen with my husband Larry even gave us his own recipe of mixing two products together to polish our kitchen cabinets.

We have been waiting for months to get a $250 deposit back from Liz and Larry and all we get is the run around. We have spoken to Liz who just gives us excuse after excuse. Now she won't take our calls. We have left numerous voice mail messages and haven't had the courtesy of a call back. Based on our experience I would not recommend using them. My next step is to complain to the Better Business Bureau.
