On more then a few occasions I've had to wait wait over an hr, if not postponed the job! Too many time's I've been stranded by your poor management system. Do better.

I placed an order and they never sent delivery, I was calling and they did not answer me until 2 hours later to say that they would not deliver the order, really bad experience. I could not even look at the quality of the product they sell.
