We have now hired Franks, Rosaly, and their team for two home projects. The first was to repair part of a beam and part of the ceiling on screened patio due to leaking roof. The repair and painting to area was exceptional. The most recent hire was to power wash entire home, deck and patio, paint patio, and stain deck, screened patio flooring. The quality of work, professionalism of he and his crew, is second to none and deserve more than 5 stars. The question is not if we would hire them again, but what is the date in the near future that we will.

The manager Franks and his team of professionals provided exceptional work when I needed drywall repair and interior painting from water damage. I highly recommend them for exterior painting too. The exterior of my home looks beautiful. I'm very pleased with the work Delicate Professional Painting provides.
