The entire Deljo team was great - Matthew, Robin, Michael, Kasey, Andy and everyone was knowledgeable, hardworking and courteous - they did a wonderful job installing a fully new and modern system in our home. The new AC, heat pump, furnace and smart thermostats work very well, and they had to troubleshoot our old home and all of our plumbing and pipes in the basement. Couldn’t be happier! When we saw that our new furnace had an issue at 7am, we called the office at 8am and they had a team member come at 9:30 to assess the problem. It was fixed by 10:30am. Thank you for the speedy support and troubleshooting! Great service!

The technician, Drew first came to give our furnace a tuneup. He was very professional, thorough, and explained that there were quite a few repairs needed. We met with an advisor Tyler about our options, and after comparing a few quotes we decided to go with Deljo for a new Furnace and AC package. Jonathan was the technician who installed the furnace and did a good job. He was punctual, professional and explained to us the process. We were upgrading to a high efficiency furnace so he needed to install two pvc pipes and drill holes through wall. After the work was completed, everything was cleaned up and he went over what was done and how the furnace and thermostat works. We had an exceptional experience with Ivan for our annual heating maintenance. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good working order. He is very professional and offered explanations and instructions about some new equipment in our home. I would be happy to work with him again and feel very confident about his advice and expertise.

Kyle came out to my house to diagnose a water problem. He ended up installing a shutoff valve for my toilet as well as replacing the fill valve and other adjustments. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, and did his work quickly. He offered me a discount on some of the parts as well. I would definitely recommend Deljo, and Kyle did excellent work.

Gio and Jesus were extremely professional in performing our winter-readiness maintenance. Additionally, they performed a deep clean of our blower motor and also helped diagnose some other issues we were having. Very pleased w/ this service call and the value provided!
