No trouble at all finding a parking place.
I had parking validation that should have reduced the fee to $1 per visit during the hospital stay. After scanning the validation, the screen showed a balance of $1, but the automated kiosk still charged me the full $18, ignoring the validated rate. There is no contact info to address this issue, ended up disputing with the credit card company
