Andy talks a very good game, but you can’t trust a word that comes out of his mouth. I made the mistake of paying too much too soon with his schedule of draws. He said he needed the money up front to order the “big ticket” items. He turned around and spent that money evidently on another project (or in his own pocket - I don’t know) and never ordered our vanity, tub, plumbing fixtures, etc. he then said he lost all his help because he couldn’t pay them and could not afford to refund us our money. He did repay $3,000 of the estimated $15,000 he owes us so we had to scramble to find someone else to finish the job (and pay again). Still hoping he will get something more back to us but it has been 10 months since the last partial refund.

We contracted Andy Dellisanti to build a 6-foot addition off the back of the house to increase the size of the kitchen and laundry room. We also gutted the kitchen and replaced the flooring across the first floor. We felt very good about using Andy and Dellisanti Construction for our project after seeing other reviews and talking to previous clients. The project started in December of 2023 and as of June 30, 2025, is still not completed. Unfortunately, Andy ran into some money issues and was using our project funds to cover other projects. He lied about having the cabinets for months until we finally called the manufacturer to get the real story. He came to us in December of 2024 asking for our help to finish the job. They ordered the wrong size window. Tore out the old one and had to temporarily screw it in. We waited 2 years for a replacement that never happened.
