Delo Drain & Septic Svce

Incredibly responsive service. Both times I've gotten my septic pumped it was less than 24 hour response. Owners and staff are to the point and dont try to upsell you or scare you into a service or maintainance plan. In my opinion there is no other comparable in the region. Cannot recommend enough

Delo was quick and professional in getting back to me about cleaning out our septic. They got to us within 24 hours, completed the job without a hitch, and were kind and accommodating to my very curious and inquisitive son, explaining how things worked and letting him check out the truck. Highly recommend!

I very much did not appreciate being charged double for digging the hole for our septic system. When we called for a quote we were told the cost however, when the person arrived to do the work they said it was double because we had two openings and it was the cost each. This was never communicated to us and when we asked for the total so we could have payment ready, that was not provided to us. We were told we would be given the bill when the work was done. I would suggest going forward that Delo clearly communicate this to avoid unhappy customers! There were no issues with the services that were provided to us.

I was in a bind. Septic started acting up two days before a trip. I called on a Sunday evening and left a message. Bob called me a half hour prior to the business opening on Monday! He let me know that he'd get someone out that day even though he couldn't give a specific time. No problem! Roger showed up about an hour later. In less than an hour I was all set. That kind of service and job efficiency is hard to find! Thanks guys, you're awesome! I'll recommend you to anyone!

Scheduled in short order and very responsive on the phone. Bill's daily schedules change based on need and job emergencies. Flexibility goes a long way with him if you can wait a day. High quality gear and equipment got the dirty job done quickly and very well done. They worked very clean and I will not call anyone else. Thanks Delo, my 50 year old septic is well maintained by them.
