Bad company the dispatch over there so rude and so slow I did check-in from 2 pm they said i have to stay until 9 pm when i came back at 9 pm they said oh you have to stay like 3 or 4 hours more we don't know how long you stay what are you serious? I hope my dispatch no gift to me load again to this bad company.

You know a lot of people complain about this facility but one has to keep in mind that there are a few businesses out of this location. One that I know of is Delphi of course and the other one is Borg Warner. Nevertheless I'm sure semi drivers have long wait times getting loaded. As for me I drive a van and I was in and out of there dropping off a load within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly, and I would have given it 5 stars but they NEVER answered the phone when I try to call them! Anyways for all my semi driving buddies out there Guys and Gals be sure to keep in mind that if you're getting LOADED or UNLOADED you NEED to stay on top of the people in the facility and NOT take their word for them getting to you shortly because they WILL forget about YOU! The truck entrance is on Spur Dr. After checking in at shipping office I was given a dock door quickly. I was backed into the dock for about an hour before getting loaded, and then it took 45min to load. I was in and out in 2hrs. You can either hand over you keys and sit in your truck or keep your keys and sit in the waiting room. Your choice.

Garbage place. I was here from 7:30 am and its 1 pm now they don’t even started yet. Light is still green. I Go inside to check how much time they need more and guy with no hair inside was rude. If you can avoid this place, i can say go for it. There is no option to give them zero star

The worst company i have ever been at. They been unloading me for 8 HOURS. U should be ready to have the longest day in your life. NEVER EVER COME HERE
