I would suggest everyone to use their service, that’s how happy I am with their service. I had a leakage in the valve for washer and I wanted it to be fixed asap. None of the other plumbing companies were ready to send the technician on same day. Even when they sent one, they didn’t have any availability until next Tuesday to fix the issue which was 5 days. Which is when I found Delponte online. Evan came on same day and fixed the issue in no time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my queries patiently. They are the best.

Buying a new home is exciting, water in the basement, not so much. We called Delponte Plumbing & Heating, and I’m so glad we did. Landen and Ethan (HVAC techs) were kind, professional, and quick to figure out what was going on. They knew right away we’d need the plumbers, and when Don and Mason arrived, they fixed everything quickly and left the space exactly as they found it. So grateful for such a responsive, honest, and hardworking team. We can’t thank them enough!

Delponte has amazing customer service and very quick response time. Steven came out, was prompt, and thorough. He walked me through the entire process explaining the necessary steps and decisions that needed to be made. Very happy with the individuals and the business. Pricing was very fair. Very happy customer. Updated: main drain clog - met Carson this time. Very patient, thorough, and competent. Overall the technicians are great and response times can’t be beat. Very appreciative.

Carson evaluated the problem I was having and gave me a few different options for the repair. Since my toilet was over 35 years old, I decided to replace it rather than repair the issue. Carson completed the job in a timely manner, and showed me the work in progress as well as the completed job. He was knowledgeable, polite and personable. I hope I don't need to see him again too soon, but if the need arises I'll l call Delponte again. I've used them a few times now since my long-time plumber retired, and I'm happy with the service I've received.

I want to give a big thank you to the Delponte team for their exceptional service and professionalism. I’m currently back in Connecticut visiting my mom for the holidays, and she couldn’t stop talking about how helpful and respectful the technicians were. They installed a new faucet and repaired the toilet in her guest bedroom quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Joel and Joseph for taking great care of her and making the whole process smooth and stress free. It truly means a lot to know she was in such good hands.
