If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this company was one of the rudest and most disrespectful interactions I’ve ever had with any service provider. Just save yourself the trouble and call someone else! There’s a reason why this place has a low rating and lots of bad reviews— Heed the warning signs. From the second he picked up the phone, the owner sounded irritated and confrontational, demanding to know why I was calling and what for. As soon as I clarified I was calling for service, he changed his tone slightly but the attitude never really went away. I mean why else do you call a well company?! Throughout the entire call, he CONSTANTLY talked over me and would not let me finish a single sentence. I was trying to give him information from my licensed plumber to help

After being told by the company servicing my water system that I may have a problem with my pump, I called Delsea Well Drilling and they made a point of getting to my house and fitting me in immediately. I was worried it would be my pump, but they found and fixed a leak in the pipe to my well for even less than I thought it would cost for the repair. They couldn’t have been any nicer or more professional, and now that I found out their company services water systems , they got themselves a new customer today for that too. All of these services can be very expensive and I couldn’t be happier that I found a place not only affordable but trustworthy.

You have a driver that’s a maniac and will definitely cause a bad accident one day. Pulled up next to their truck at a red light and they ran the red light so I wouldn’t get past them as the road merged into a single lane. Then, they for no reason brake checked me at the next light and then they proceeded to do 55 in a 35 in a large truck. I don’t know about your drilling but you’ll definitely put something 6 feet under with your drivers.

If you have a limited budget don't call these people they don't care. I asked for estimate on new well still haven't heard back. He couldn't help me at all fix my old shallow well for temporary fix. Which that was no problem at all i didn't blame them. But they could have least gave me round about price for new style well. All he said was i don't know how we can get in your yard but ill have someone call you with estimate no return phone call i would suggest if u are limited to money just go buy sand point and pipe 2in is best and pound away you will need ton of tools threaders pipe vise and so much more and access to water u will have to clean it out when done. Call someone else. They ripped my mom off on simple pump replacement 1500 dollars shallow well pump at that. i would call everyon

We purchased a package of properties on well water with the Delsea Well Drilling Sticker on one of the properties and the owner laughed us off the phone when asked him to quote a maintenance contact. Not sure why the attitude and disdain towards new customers. Will have another vendor handle who has better customer service.
