I own 16 rental properties in Miami Beach. I am always in need of honest, reliable contractors. In the past I have trusted Yelp for recommendations. I hired Anthony with Delta Eden almost a year ago. Hiring him was a huge mistake! He makes lots of promises and does not fulfill them. I have terminated our contract and would never ever recommend him!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. A joke of a company. They’ll take 10months to do 2 weeks worth of work, and they’ll break all your stuff and won’t replace any of it or give you a discount without threatening you with a property lien. Anthony the ‘boss’ is a slimy piece of work, he’ll smile at you as he sticks the knife in. Avoid this company at all costs. You will regret using them. They get their workers from Home Depot at 6am each day so you’ll never see the same people. On the job, the guys will drink beer, not work and sleep in your home. The company should be struck off frankly. We had to report them to the BBB & The City of Fort Lauderdale. We also had to call the Police on them twice. Do NOT sign a contract with these people, they will try to take you home from you.

Absolutely horrible to deal with Anthony. He promises the world and does not deliver on anything. He is not only unorganized, but consistently lies on work accomplished. Even with constant communication, he still fails to deliver. However, he is full of unlimited excuses. If you want a job not completed, constant lies, and an opportunity to waste money, then hire Delta Eden.

They gave me a very reasonable price to remodel my entire condo in Downtown Miami. We remodeled our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and installed new tile flooring. They did the entire project in less than a month. I appreciate how professional and organized they were. Highly recommend!
