After many years, we terminated our maintenance service because of the decline of customer service. We gave them another opportunity by going back to them but was very disappointed on first visit which happened 2 years ago. DELTA sent a maintenance crew to my house and they left a huge mess which took hours to clean up. I called management to ask them to clean up the mess the crew made but they ignored the request. At first, they blamed me for the mess and refused to rectify the problem.
